I was told to pay $859.45 in 30 min or I will be served with papers and arrested and have a criminal background. I offered to pay payments - they put me on hold - then said I had to pay $500 now and in 3 days the balance. She gave me this # to call before I fax over a paper with my account #, exp date, code #. When I tried to call back(through an operator) they said there is no listing for this #. I could not get through. I faxed a letter expressing more info. She called me back 2 hrs later and said I had no right to call US Attorney @ 125 Park Ave in NYC(which she told me she represented) and she wouldn't tell me the note I was to pay off. The 125 Park Ave had no listing of US Attorney ofice.

Call several times a day. Nuisance!

called and wanted to talk to my boss and ask for him by name. He used Mike Tucker with Tucker Construction...I told him I would give him my boss's cell #, but first I needed his # just in case he was not able to get in touch with him. He said 875 and then the call ended.My boss's credit card was compromised (sp) recently. I just wonder if that had anything to do with this call.....

Calls at least one time a day sometimes 2 times a day. Never leaves message, when you call the number back it is not a working number. Picked up one time and a female answered. I hung up. Hate when they dont even have the guts to have a legitamate phone number to call back and asked to be taken off the call list.

Call from "Wireless Caller". Recorded message from "Cardholder Services" claiming that "nothing is currently wrong with your credit card account" but offering to "lower your interest rate WHEN HE WAS TOLD NOT TO CALL THIS NUMBER I AM ON NO CALL LIST I WAS TOLD F**** YOU I DONT CARE AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ANY TIME HE LIKED .AND THAT I WAS A CUNT AND WAS CALLED THAT A WHOLE AND TNHAT I WAS A REAL B**** AND WAS TOLD THE COP OR NO ONE COULD STOP HIM THIS GUY WAS RUDE AS HE COULD BE SO DONT ANYONE GIVE THIS PEOPLE ANY INFO

I just got off the phone with Paul (somebody) wanting to help me paying back a pay day loan. I told i didnt have one , i also told him that i would be contacting the FTC and he politely told me i will take your name off the list. what a crock. i am so tired of these people calling. Do they think we are stupid. They should be dealt within court.
